The hotel was reasonably clean, I appreciated it. The staff were efficient and best. Perfect location of the property close to restaurants. I had lunch in Carl's Jr, located nearby.

Appreciated our 2-nights stay. The staff was super-friendly. The location was beautiful there, in the renovated area. Plus, it was not far from restaurants and the softball tournament and store. We had a great stay in a long time.

Good value, room was well-equipped, staff were caring! The breakfast offered good choice of food and was delicious and great. It was in a central setting close to many shopping area etc. Moreover, it's adjacent to restaurants and gas stations, and another soccer tournament in the area.

The Best Western Plus in Hemet exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms were not only beautifully designed, but also clean and well-maintained. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, like the wide angle lens used to capture stunning photos of the rooms. It truly felt like a luxurious experience at an affordable price. The location was also perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions. Despite a minor issue with the soda machine and the pool being closed for remodeling, these were hardly worth mentioning given the overall exceptional stay I had. I highly recommend the Best Western Plus and will definitely be returning in the future.

This accommodation had a central setting in the renovated area. Booked Disability Access room with couch and the jetted tub and standard shower, which I really appreciated. The staff where happy to help, so nice of them.

Had an excellent stay with my husband, we spent 2 nights here, everything was great. The most important was the staff - amicable and attentive people. Had lots of options for breakfast, it was delicious and fine.
